The footage shows the state of the mobile crushing and screening plant prepared for Anamur at the factory yard once the order was completed. The plant has been arranged for shipment; the chassis, the hopper and the screen body are seen side by side.
In the recording, painted surfaces, numbered belt sections and railing elements tied up in dismantled form can be made out. The bolt planes where the crusher body attaches to the chassis and the routing of the hydraulic hoses also enter the frame.
The shipment arrangement determines the installation time.
When the parts are numbered so that they come together on site, the assembly team moves forward without searching; when the labelling is incomplete, the same job spreads over days. The marking system seen in the video was prepared so that the plant can be commissioned quickly at its destination.
