Commissioned by General Makina in Antalya, this bauxite crushing and screening plant was designed for high-efficiency processing of bauxite ore, known for its hard and abrasive nature. Adapted to the tough mine-site conditions, the plant combines continuous operability with high crushing performance.
200-250 Tonnes/Hour Capacity
The bauxite crushing plant has an average capacity of 200-250 tonnes/hour. It features a 110-type vibrating rock bunker for initial feed, a high-power 110-type jaw crusher and a twin 110-type jaw crusher that multiplies throughput.
Precise Screening and Transfer
To classify and bypass the ore by size, the plant uses a vibro grizzly screen and a conventional vibrating bypass screen. With a vibrating sand-feed bunker and heavy-duty conveyor belts, our Antalya project continues mine production smoothly.
