Conveyor belt systems are the plant's vascular system, moving material between crusher, screen and stockpile continuously and at low cost. Correct conveyor design sets the line's uninterrupted tonnage and stockpile management.
Build and capacity
Belt conveyors are offered in 500–1200 mm belt width and 50–1000 tph capacity. Belt width, incline angle, length and material density set the capacity. They are configured as feed, intermediate transfer and radial/fixed stockpile conveyors.
Application
Conveyors move crusher output to the screen, screen fractions to the stockpile and in-plant transfers. A radial stockpile conveyor builds a wide conical pile to increase stock capacity. On abrasive material, belt and roller selection directly affects TCO (wear/downtime).
Full-plant bridge
Belt systems are the essential link of the crushing-screening and washing line; they integrate into stationary, mobile and tracked plants. For spare belts and rollers, see the spare parts category. Contact us for a quote by project and capacity.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the belt width and capacity ranges?
500–1200 mm belt width and 50–1000 tph; sized by incline angle, length and material.
Which conveyor types exist?
Feed, intermediate transfer and radial/fixed stockpile conveyors; configured to plant geometry.
What is the benefit of a radial stockpile conveyor?
It builds a wide conical pile, increasing stock capacity and easing material management.
How to choose on abrasive material?
On abrasive material, the right belt and roller reduce wear and downtime, directly improving TCO.
How do I get a quote?
Send capacity (tph), transport distance/angle and material; we prepare the conveyor design and price.
