GM 125 — Tracked Mobile Impact Crusher

The GM 125 is a track-mounted impact crusher with a GNR PDK02 impactor (200 kW) — the heaviest, hardest-hitting track in the GM family. It takes feed up to 700 mm, works at 150-250 tph and drives itself, needing no ground works. A 6 m³ hopper and 1360×2160 grizzly pre-screen come as standard.

GM 100 — Tracked Mobile Impact Crusher

The GM 100 is a track-mounted impact crusher with a GNR-01 impactor (160 kW, 1500 rpm), grizzly pre-scalping and a 1500×5500 mm triple-deck track screen in full closed circuit. It takes feed up to 600 mm, works at 100-180 tph and drives itself — no foundation needed. It is the most fully equipped member of the tracked family.

GM 90JP — Tracked Mobile Jaw Crusher

The GM 90JP is a self-driving tracked primary jaw crusher with a GNR 90 jaw (95 kW) on Strickland tracks. It handles feed up to 700 mm and works at 70-180 tph, needs no ground works or foundation, and crawls freely around the site. A 10 m³ hopper and grizzly vibrating feeder come as standard.

Tracked mobile crushers are crushing units on a crawler (track) undercarriage that move under their own power on site. Versus wheeled mobile, they give superior manoeuvring and positioning on rough ground; versus stationary, greater flexibility.

When tracked?

Tracked plants suit jobs that reposition often in the pit, work on rough or sloped ground, and want to follow the face without waiting for a tow. For abrasive material (granite, basalt) the 90JP jaw is used as primary; for soft limestone the 100/125 impact is preferred for cubical product in a single pass.
