GNR 03 Mobile System Crushing and Screening Plant

The GNR 03 mobile system crushing and screening plant is shown in this recording as set up on site and under load. The camera travels in turn over the connections between the chassis, the feed group, the crusher body and the screen.

In the shot the mobile design of the unit is evident: the hopper, feeder, crusher and screen mounted on a wheeled chassis work as a single body; the support legs are lowered onto the ground, the belts are unfolded and the product cones have formed on both sides of the chassis. The flow of material from the hopper to the crusher, from there to the screen decks and to the separate discharge belts can be followed without interruption.

The whole line is gathered so that it can be moved in a single tow.

On site, what this arrangement amounts to is speed and flexibility. When the quarry changes or the jobsite moves, the plant does not have to be dismantled and reassembled; once the support legs are raised and the belts folded, the unit can take to the road. On the other hand, regular monitoring of the wear parts is even more critical on mobile lines, because a stoppage in a single body stops all production.
