GNR-MC110 — Twin-Chassis Mobile Jaw Crushing & Screening Plant

The GNR-MC110 spreads a GPJ 110 primary jaw and a DMK03 secondary impact crusher across a twin chassis — two separate platforms. At 200-300 tph it is the strongest jaw-primary plant in the family and swallows 900 mm feed. The two groups work independently, so the primary can run alone and the plant can grow module by module.

Twin-chassis operation

Splitting the plant across two chassis sidesteps the weight ceiling of a single platform:

• Chassis 1 (primary): mobile feeder hopper + GPJ 110 jaw — runs independently.
• Chassis 2 (secondary): GS1215/DMK03 secondary impact + 2000×6000 mm four-deck screen + conveyors.
• Product fractions: 0-5/5-12/12-19/19-40 mm.
• Flexibility: groups are hauled separately; the primary alone can run when required.

Where it works best

High-tonnage hard rock — basalt and granite included — across mining, concrete and roadbuilding is the GNR-MC110's remit. Being modular over two chassis, it lets an operator who is ramping up buy the primary group first and bring in the secondary once volumes justify it.

Why twin chassis?

Despite the name similarity, the GNR-MC110 is a wheeled twin-chassis plant, positioned with concrete-plant supply and multilingual support.

Whole line, one contract

On a single contract General Makina delivers the crushing and screening line and, if wanted, a concrete batching plant alongside it. The GNR-MC110 is engineered into that combined line with more crushers and washers, keeping the whole job under one contact, one liable party and one coherent spare-parts supply.
