The stationary crushing plant that General Makina installed and commissioned in Serbia has a crushing and screening capacity of 500 tons per hour. It is configured as a fixed line for quarries and aggregate sites that require high-tonnage, continuous production.

High-Capacity Fixed Line

The plant is an integrated line built on a fixed foundation, comprising feeding, crushing, screening and conveyor transfer groups. The 500 t/h capacity is dimensioned to meet the aggregate demand of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects without interruption.

In a stationary configuration, a jaw crusher is used for primary crushing and vibrating screen groups classify the material into size fractions. Capacity, material hardness and final product sizes are determined during the engineering phase according to site needs.

The aggregate produced can be used for the material needs of ready-mix concrete, asphalt, road and infrastructure projects.
