Concrete Batching Plants

A concrete batching plant precisely weighs and mixes aggregate, cement, water and chemical admixtures to produce ready-mix concrete. General Makina is a single supplier that builds concrete plants alongside its crushing-screening line — an integration most global competitors lack.
Mobile or stationary?
A mobile batching plant (30–150 m³/h) gives fast setup and mobility; ideal for on-site and time-limited projects. A stationary batching plant (Diamond 60 to Royal 150, 55–150 m³/h) is preferred for high continuity and ready-mix operation on one site.
Components
The plant comprises an aggregate bin (2–8 compartments), a cement silo (bolted/welded, 30–2500 t), weighing units and a mixer. Mixer type is chosen by product: twin-shaft (high output), pan (precast/precision) and single-shaft. The automation and control system manages weighing and mixing accuracy.
Selection & full-plant bridge
The plant is sized by capacity (m³/h), concrete class and site conditions. If you want to feed aggregate from our own crushing-screening and washing line, a complete solution is offered. Contact us for a quote by model and capacity.
