A stationary crushing plant is a full crushing-screening line on a permanent, concrete-founded site that turns ROM rock into aggregate. It suits long-life, high-tonnage work such as quarries, cement and major infrastructure.
Plant components
The line starts at a grizzly feeder; a primary jaw or impact crusher runs the first stage. A cone or secondary impactor follows, with a VSI/cubitizer added for cubical product when needed. Vibrating screens split the product into fractions; conveyors manage material and stockpile flow.
Material and configuration
The layout follows the material: abrasive granite/basalt favours compression stages (jaw+cone); soft limestone gets high reduction and cubical product from impact stages. Capacity, number of stages and screen area are sized to the target gradation.
