Vibrating screens are the equipment that separates crushed aggregate into the required size classes. The right screen choice directly sets product gradation and plant efficiency; the motion type (circular/elliptical/linear) is chosen by application.
Screen types
The conventional (circular motion, 100–400 tph) is general-purpose; the twin screen (100–500 tph) gives high capacity with two decks; the top-drive (elliptical, 100–400 tph) handles difficult material; the banana screen gives about 30% more capacity in the same area. The grizzly screen pre-separates, the trommel (rotary) screen suits clayey-wet and recycling material, and the fine screen (600 micron linear) is for precise fine separation.
Selection logic
For clayey/wet material use the trommel; for high capacity, the twin or banana screen; for fine sand separation, the linear fine screen. Capacity, deck count and screen aperture are sized to the target fraction.
Full-plant bridge
Screens, with crusher and conveyor, form the separation stage of the crushing-screening line; they pair with mineral washers for wash-screening. They integrate into stationary, mobile and tracked plants. Contact us for a quote by model and capacity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which screen types exist?
Conventional, twin, top-drive, banana, grizzly, trommel and fine (600 micron) screens; 100–500 tph.
What is the benefit of a banana screen?
Its stepped design gives about 30% more capacity in the same screen area versus a conventional screen.
Which screen suits clayey-wet material?
The rotary trommel screen separates clayey, wet and recycling material without blocking.
What is the capacity range?
Depending on model, 100–500 tph; deck count and aperture chosen to the target fraction.
How do I get a quote?
Send material, capacity (tph) and required fractions; we prepare the right screen type and price.
