Mobile Mechanical Plant — Stabilized Road Base (Plant-Mix)

The Mobile Mechanical Plant produces stabilized granular road base (plant-mix) for highways and road projects. To be clear from the outset: this plant produces road base, not concrete. It is not automation, not a conveyor and not a concrete batching plant; it mechanically stabilizes aggregate with cement/binder to prepare highway base and subbase layers ready for spreading.

How it works

Material flow runs through dosing, mixing and discharge:

• Cold silos: 3-5 cold aggregate silos dose different fractions separately.
• Belts: collecting and carrying belts convey the dosed aggregate to the mixer.
• Mass cement dosing: cement/binder is added by mass (bulk) dosing and water is sprayed.
• Twin-shaft mixer: the 2×22 kW twin-shaft mixer homogenizes the plant-mix.
• Truck-loading bin: the mix is discharged to a 25 m³ loading bin, then spread and compacted on site.

Automation and the control cabin manage dosing and gradation.

Mobile vs stationary plant

The mobile plant (200-600 tph) is transportable as the road progresses and sets up fast — ideal for linear highway/road construction. The stationary plant (200-750 tph) offers higher tonnage and a permanent production base.

Difference from a concrete plant: the product is road base, not ready-mix concrete.
