Adding a new project to our North Africa export network, General Makina commissioned this General 01 mobile crushing plant in Algeria for regional quarry and infrastructure projects. The plant offers high crushing performance and fast mobility on a single platform.

Two-Stage Crushing on One Machine

The General 01 mobile crushing plant delivers 120-180 tonnes/hour of crushing and screening. Its bypass grizzly feeder separates soil-laden material before it enters the crusher; the built-in mobile impact crusher performs both primary and secondary crushing on a single machine with a high reduction ratio.

Hydraulic Setup and Smart Control

Built on a heavy-duty mobile chassis from A1-grade steel, the plant is transported by a single truck tractor and is ready for production in 15 minutes thanks to hydraulic legs. A high-efficiency bolted vibrating screen, foldable mobile conveyors and a touchscreen dust/water-proof control panel provide minimum operating cost for our customer in Algeria.
