Challenge
A fast-moving plant crushing and screening 120-180 t/h was needed for quarry and infrastructure projects in Algeria.
Solution
General 01 mobile crusher: bypass grizzly feeder, mobile impact crusher for primary and secondary crushing, bolted vibrating screen, foldable conveyors.
Result
The plant was shipped to and commissioned in Algeria; hydraulic legs make it production-ready on site in 15 minutes.
Algeria has become the latest addition to our export projects in North Africa. The General 01 mobile crushing plant we sent for quarries and infrastructure work in the region has been commissioned on site. What sets it apart is that strong crushing performance is gathered on one platform, and relocating it is quick.
Primary and Secondary Crushing in the Same Machine
The plant can crush and screen 120-180 tonnes of material per hour. The bypass grizzly on the feeder separates soil-laden material before it reaches the crusher. Next, the mobile impact crusher completes both primary and secondary crushing in one machine with a high reduction ratio.
15-Minute Set-Up and Touchscreen Control
The heavy-duty mobile chassis, made from A1-grade steel, allows the plant to be hauled by a single truck tractor. Once on site, its hydraulic legs let it start production within 15 minutes. A bolted vibrating screen with high screening efficiency, folding mobile conveyors and a dust- and water-protected control panel with touchscreen keep operating costs to a minimum for our customer in Algeria.
