Mobile Jaw and Conical Hard Stone Crushing and Screening Plant

The hard stone line made up of a mobile jaw and cone crusher is in production in this video; the way the units stand on separate chassis and are linked to each other by belts is clear from the overall framing.

In the shot the run-of-mine material descends from the feeder into the jaw, and the intermediate product leaving the jaw is transferred by the elevating belt into the feed box of the cone crusher. That the cone body is working at a constant load can be read from the evenly graded flow of material pouring out of the discharge opening; the screen and the return belt complete the circuit.

The filling level of the cone crusher is decisive here.

When a cone crusher runs with a full chamber the grains also break one another, and the product comes out both more cubical and more balanced. Keeping the level in the feed box constant, as in the video, shows that the line has been set according to this principle; a cone running empty wastes both energy and mantle.

As the frame closes, the stockpile cones rising separately show that clean fraction separation can be achieved even in hard stone. Operations planning long-term production can set up the same flow in a stationary crushing plant arrangement as well.
