How Does GNR 800 Double Chassis Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant Work?
The working principle of the GNR 800 mobile stone crushing and screening plant built on a double chassis, shown step by step on site.
In this video the working principle of the GNR 800 mobile stone crushing and screening plant built on a double chassis is shown step by step. The plant is set up on site; the facing sides of the two chassis and the belt line running between them appear together in the frame.
In the recording the hopper and primary crusher on the front chassis are followed, along with the secondary unit and the screen decks on the rear chassis. The point where the oversize from the screen is transferred to the return belt and the belt ends where the product piles form are also clearly visible.
Separating the chassis makes transport easier.
The double chassis arrangement splits the weight of the plant between two carriers and shortens site relocation; on the other hand the alignment of the transfer points has to be reset at every installation. The adjustable belt feet seen in the video are there to speed up that alignment.
The cubical product at the end of the line is obtained thanks to the vertical shaft stage seen in the recording; the working logic of this stage is explained on the GNR Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (VSI) page.
