In the video the progress of the installation is followed stage by stage: completion of the foundation connections, lowering of the screen body into place, and connection of the conveyor lines.
At this tonnage the components are heavy on their own.
Because the screen body and the crusher chassis are transported as single pieces, the crane capacity at the destination is planned in advance; the loading order is also determined according to the assembly order.
When the installation is finished the line is not run at full load right away; the stages are first turned without load, feeding is opened gradually and the current values are monitored. Crusher current, screen vibration and conveyor load are watched while the line climbs to the target tonnage; the first weeks are also the period in which wear part consumption is measured.
