A single-shot site tour of a complete crushing and screening line, from the feed point through every stage to the stockpile cones.
The Crushing Screening Plant General 01 recording is a site tour introducing the whole line in a single shot. Starting at the feed point and ending at the stockpile cones, the camera shows all the stages of the plant in order.
The main components of the plant can be distinguished in the images: hopper and vibrating feeder, primary crusher, intermediate stock belt, secondary crusher, screen tower and fraction belts. The discharge of the different sized products leaving the screen decks into their own cones, the carrying of the oversize back to the crusher by the return belt and the dust suppression points can also be followed throughout the recording.
The line was built on the principle of uninterrupted flow.
In the field, the meaning of this integrity is the balance between the stages. If the product delivered by the primary crusher does not match the feed range of the secondary, the line will either run empty or block; if the screening surface area is insufficient, coarse material returns continuously and capacity falls. That is why a plant is assessed not as the sum of individual machines but as a system dimensioned relative to itself.
