110' Crusher Plant Installation - Algeria

The recording shows the middle stage of the installation: the crusher body seated on its foundation, the conveyor lines not yet connected, and the screen being lowered into place by crane. In a stationary plant this sequence matters, because the level difference between stages is set only once.

The longest stage of the installation is not placing the crusher.

The time goes into aligning the stages and setting the conveyor angles; since the material advances by gravity and depends on this setting, the need for an additional transfer unit is determined here.

On export installations the assembly team and the components must be on site on the same schedule; otherwise the plant simply stands there waiting to be built.
