200-250 t/h Dolomite Crushing and Screening Line Heads to Denizli

Factory work is finished on the dolomite line that will be erected in Denizli. Built to handle 200-250 tons of material per hour, the crushing and screening plant has now left our works and is being transported to the site.

The shipment covers the following main equipment:
- PDK 02 impact crusher
- GTK 100 tertiary impact crusher
- Vibrating screen
- Conveyor belts with a belt cover system
- Operator cabin with control panel
Dolomite may look much like limestone, yet it behaves differently once inside a crusher. Its calcium magnesium carbonate structure makes it more brittle, which cuts the energy needed for size reduction but raises the share of fines in the product.
Those extra fines land on the screens. The screening surface has to be sized to cope with them; otherwise fine material is carried over into the coarse fractions and the product falls outside its specification.
The end use of the dolomite decides which fractions are worth producing. Glass and ceramics makers ask for a narrow size range, while road building and concrete accept a wider grading. That is why the target market's demand per fraction is clarified before the plant is built, and the screen layout is planned around it.
Tell us which stone you need to crush and we will offer you the crushing and screening plant that suits it best.
