General 800 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant Gets Ready to Work in Antalya

Our General 800 mobile crusher and screen unit is travelling to a stone quarry in Antalya, where it will go into production. Able to reach 150 tonnes per hour while keeping the investment manageable, the General 800 remains one of the models quarry operators choose most often.

Built on a single wheeled chassis, the General 800 runs in closed circuit with a PDK 1280 primary impact crusher. Its catalogue capacity is 80-150 t/h and its feed opening is 600 mm. In limestone and low-abrasion stone it achieves a high reduction ratio and a high share of cubical particles.

The plant's real output, though, depends on the stone being processed.

When soft limestone is fed, the machine approaches the top of its capacity range; in hard, abrasive rock the figure comes down. That is why tonnage alone is not a commitment. The type of stone in the quarry, its moisture content and the size distribution of the run-of-mine feed all go into the calculation.

In the closed-circuit layout, oversize material that does not pass the screen is sent back to the crusher, so product falling outside the target fraction is reprocessed within the line. The plant is manufactured in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system and carries the CE mark. Wear parts are not included in the 1-year warranty.
