General 800 Mobile Stone Crushing Plant on the way to Antalya

The General 800 mobile stone crushing and screening plant has set off to start production in Antalya. With a capacity reaching up to 150 tonnes per hour and favourable pricing, the General 800 continues to take its place in stone quarries.

General 800 is a single-chassis, closed-circuit wheeled plant working with a PDK 1280 primary impact crusher. Its catalogue tonnage is 80-120 t/h with a feed opening of 600 mm; it delivers strong reduction and a high cubical ratio in limestone and low-abrasive stone.

Capacity is determined by the material.

The same machine climbs to the top of the band in soft limestone and drops in hard, abrasive rock. Tonnage on its own is therefore not a promise; the type and moisture of the stone in the quarry and the size distribution of the feed material all enter the calculation.

In a closed-circuit setup the material retained on the screen returns to the crusher, so the line consumes whatever falls outside the target fraction within itself. The machine is manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system and carries the CE mark. The warranty does not cover wear parts and runs for 1 year.
