PDK 01 Mobile Impact Crusher and Mobile Screen Installed in Denizli: 300-350 t/h

Assembly of our new crushing and screening plant in Denizli is finished. It is built from two main mobile units: a primary impact crusher that does the breaking and a vibrating screen that sorts the product by size. Running at a capacity of 300-350 t/h, this plant differs from mobile crusher plants built on a single chassis: the line consists of two separate chassis.

A twin-chassis layout means the line is split into two units that are independent of each other. The crusher sits on one chassis and the screen on the other, with a conveyor linking the two units.

This split gives a great deal of freedom in layout.

Because each unit can be positioned separately according to the slope of the ground and the width of the site, it becomes possible to work in tight areas where a one-piece line would not fit.

It makes a difference in transport too. Moving a line in the 300-350 tonne class in one piece calls for special vehicles and permits, whereas two separate chassis can travel by standard haulage. On site, joining them is simply a matter of making the conveyor connection and setting the levels; there is no need to pour a concrete foundation.
