PDK 01 & Screen Mobile Stone Crushing and Screening Plant

In Denizli we have completed the installation of our mobile stone crushing and screening plant consisting of a mobile primary impact crusher and a mobile vibrating screen. Working at a capacity of 300 - 350 Tonnes / Hour, our plant differs from single chassis mobile crusher plants in having twin chassis.

A twin chassis means splitting the line into two independent units: the crusher on one chassis, the screen on the other. The connection between them is made by conveyor.

This split gives freedom of layout.

The units can be positioned separately according to the slope of the terrain and the width of the site, which makes it possible to work on narrow sites where a single-piece line would not fit.

It is an advantage on the transport side as well: while moving a line in the 300-350 tonne band in one piece requires special vehicles and permits, two chassis can travel by standard haulage. Joining them on site comes down to the conveyor connection and level adjustment, with no foundation required.
