The General 800 is a single-chassis, closed-circuit, wheeled plant working with the PDK 1280 primary impact crusher: 80-120 t/h tonnage, 600 mm feed opening. On limestone and low-abrasion stone it delivers strong size reduction and a high cubical ratio.

The cubical ratio determines where the aggregate can be sold.

Concrete and asphalt specifications set a limit on the proportion of flaky and elongated particles; material that cannot meet that limit can only be used as fill. Because an impact crusher breaks the particle by striking it, it yields a more cubical product than compression crushers.
