Our Mobile Crushing Screennig Plant Continues Production in Van

Our mobile crusher plant working in Van is filmed in the recording while continuing its production without interruption. The camera starts at the quarry face and moves towards the stockpile area.

In the images the excavator is seen discharging the run-of-mine material coming from blasting into the hopper, the feeder transferring the material to the crusher at regular intervals, and the fractions leaving the screen decks piling into separate cones. Despite the high-altitude and cold site, no delay is seen in the hydraulic units; the belts turn under load without slipping.

The line works at the same pace all day long.

In sites in the eastern provinces the production window is narrow because of weather conditions. For this reason, the machine's ability to start in the cold and to run without stopping during the day directly determines the annual production volume. The uninterrupted flow in the recording shows that the hydraulic and drive group were selected for these conditions.

Since liner and jaw life is consumed faster on lines working in harsh climates, keeping wear parts in stock on site is recommended.
