Fixed Crushing and Screening Plant in Serbia

The camera tours the stationary crushing and screening plant erected in Serbia while it is in operation. The steel towers seated on concrete foundations and the belt bridges spanning between them are filmed from a wide angle.

The recording covers in order the feed hopper, the primary crusher tower, the screen building and the belts running to the product silos. The service stairs inside the tower and the way the maintenance platforms wrap around the crusher are also seen in close-ups.

On lines fixed to a foundation the vibration is transferred to the concrete, so the crushers run stably at higher capacity; in return the layout must be planned correctly from the outset, because changing it afterwards is difficult. The spacing between the towers in the video was left with maintenance access in mind.
