How Does GNR 03 Mobile Crusher Plant Work in the Field?

In this footage taken from the field, the real working order of the GNR 03 mobile crusher plant is observed. The recording begins with the machine being brought into working position and shows in sequence the preparation steps from lowering the support legs onto the ground to opening the feed hopper.

Once production starts the camera moves closer to the transition between the feeder and the crusher; it is clearly visible that the fine material screened off by the grizzly is taken onto the by-pass belt while the coarse pieces drop into the crusher mouth. The closed circuit in which the oversize returning from the screen is carried back to the crusher by the return belt can be followed in the same shot.

The stockpile cones keep growing throughout the recording.

This arrangement explains how a mobile line becomes a self-sufficient production island in the field. Because erection, production and stockpiling are all solved within the same area, the need for transport and cranes decreases and the time to start production gets shorter.
