Mobile Crusher Plant General 02 - VAN
The General 02 mobile crusher plant installed at the Van site, filmed in production together with the product piles beside it.
This shot shows the General 02 mobile crusher plant set up at the Van site while in production. As the camera approaches across the open pit floor, the product piles accumulating beside the plant also enter the frame.
In the recording the run-of-mine material the excavator tips into the hopper passes through the vibrating feeder and descends into the impact crusher; on the conveyor belts you can follow the material getting smaller stage by stage. The different sizes leaving the screen decks are directed to separate belts.
The direction of the dust cloud is also clear on screen.
In quarry conditions dust control is achieved by positioning the water line towards the transfer points; otherwise the screen apertures blind over and the product size drifts. That is why the spray nozzles seen in the video have been placed close to the chute inlets.
