We Have Started the Installation of a Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant - Kyrgyzstan

We have started the assembly of a crushing, washing and screening plant with a capacity of 200 - 250 tonnes per hour in Kyrgyzstan.

The line has three jobs: crushing, screening and washing. The crushing stage reduces run-of-mine material to the required fraction, the screen separates the fractions, and the washing unit removes clay and silt from the aggregate. In concrete and asphalt aggregate, the specification cannot be met without this third stage.

A stationary crushing plant is built for operations whose quarry will remain on the same site for years; the high capacity and low maintenance cost come from this form of installation.

Assembly is not finished in one go.

Foundation and chassis work, crusher positioning, conveyor lines, connection of the screen and washing unit, and electrical and automation commissioning all proceed in sequence. On a line in the 200-250 tonne band, breaking that sequence means the next stage has to wait.

On sites with long logistics such as Kyrgyzstan, the spare-parts plan is made together with the installation; material hardness determines which items are stocked on site.
