Installation of a 500 TPH Stone Crushing and Screening Plant

Assembly work has been completed on the stationary stone crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 450 - 500 Tonnes / Hour, one of the projects we carried out in 2021. Crushing and stockpiling limestone in 7 different sizes, this plant serves many allied sectors in the construction and chemical fields.

Producing seven separate fractions is the most distinctive feature of a line at this scale. Since every cut point requires a screen deck, the screening stage does not fit into a single unit; more than one screen works in series.

Limestone is a material well suited to this variety.

While the chemical industry asks for a very narrow size range, road and concrete work accepts a wider distribution. Selling into both markets from the same quarry is possible only if the screening arrangement is set up for it from the outset.

The stockpile area is a continuation of the same separation: for the seven piles to be managed without mixing, the conveyor layout and the loading route are planned at the assembly stage.
