Seven Products from Limestone: 450-500 t/h Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant Online

Among the projects we took on in 2021 was a stationary stone crushing line rated at 450-500 tonnes per hour, and its assembly is now complete. Crushing limestone into 7 different sizes and stockpiling each separately, the plant supplies raw material to many allied sectors in construction and chemicals.

The most distinctive feature of a line at this scale is its ability to produce seven separate fractions. Since each separation point needs its own screen deck, the screening stage cannot fit into a single unit; several screens work one after another, in series.

Limestone is a material that suits this variety very well.

The chemical industry demands a very narrow size range, whereas road and concrete work can accept a broader distribution. Being able to sell into both of these markets at once from the same quarry depends on designing the screen arrangement accordingly from the very beginning.

The stockpile area is an extension of the same separation: so that seven different piles can be managed without mixing, the conveyor layout and the loading route are planned as early as the assembly stage.
