GNR YM-1650 Mobile Washing and Screening Plant Assembly

Assembly work on the fully mobile General YM-1650 Mobile Washing and Screening Plant, a product of superior technology, has been completed. We wish our customer good fortune.

Making a washing line mobile brings a different water calculation compared with a stationary line. In a stationary plant the settling pond is built permanently and water is recovered; on a mobile line this cycle has to be set up again at every installation.

On this line water is the constraint that comes before capacity.

When the pond is not sufficient, turbid water returns to the system and washing efficiency falls - the sand looks clean, but the clay load is not fully removed. That is why pump flow and pond volume are calculated together with the tonnage of the line.

The line being mobile also shortens installation time: since no concrete foundation and no permanent pipework are required, the unit can be positioned and commissioned as soon as it reaches the site.

On the screw washer side the product is stockpiled in the %15-30 moisture band; %8-20 is possible with dewatering. The lower the moisture, the shorter the waiting time in the stockpile area.
