90 Series Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant

After a fast start to 2023, we are continuing our global shipments without slowing down. The 90 series stationary stone crushing and screening plant, which will go first to Somalia and from there on to Ethiopia, delivers 4 different products at a capacity of 120-180 tonnes per hour.

Delivering four separate products relates directly to the number of screen decks. Each deck holds back one size, and the material passing through is separated on the next deck; the stock conveyors then carry these four outputs to separate piles.

Choosing a stationary plant is a decision about the life of the site.

A line set on a foundation is built to work in the same place for years; because vibration is damped better, wear part life is extended and maintenance cost stays below that of a mobile line.

Lines using a cone crusher at the secondary stage work with low part cost on abrasive material such as basalt and granite; which crusher belongs at which stage is determined by the hardness of the rock in the quarry.
