GNR 800 Mobile Crushing Plant – Tekirdag

Production of the General 800 mobile crushing plant has been completed and it has set off to be used in Tekirdağ by the Süleyman Paşa Municipality. Fully mobile, the GNR 800 can be used either to crush run-of-mine material directly from quarries or to process recycled material.

Municipal use brings a different working pattern from quarry use. In road and infrastructure works, material demand fluctuates with the project; the line has to run as jobs come up rather than continuously. A mobile body can be moved from site to site in this pattern.

The General 800 delivers 80-120 t/h with its PDK 1280 primary impact crusher and accepts a 600 mm feed; it works in closed circuit.

The recycling side runs on the same body as well.

Demolition concrete and asphalt millings are broken down in the impact crusher and turned back into fill material. For work that calls for a cubical product, a vertical shaft impact crusher is added at the end of the line: 45–210 t/h capacity, ≤55 mm feed, 90–400 kW.
