Bound for South Africa: the GNR 03 Mobile Crushing and Screening Plant

The GNR 03 mobile crushing and screening plant built for our customer in South Africa is now on its international journey. One of the lines our customers choose most often, the GNR 03 is designed to international transport dimensions, so it can travel with a single tractor unit or truck and be set up on site in a short time.

In an overseas shipment, the real constraint is not the machine's tonnage but its outer dimensions. Exceed the height or width limit and you need special permits, escort vehicles and a dedicated route, all of which add to both budget and delivery time.
The folding design of the GNR 03 keeps the plant within those dimensions.
With the conveyors and chassis extensions in transport position, the line can be loaded like an ordinary cargo. Road haulage from the arrival port to the site then runs as a routine transport job as well.
Because mining and aggregate production go hand in hand in South Africa, the plant needs to adapt to two different duties: the same line can work in ore preparation when required, and in producing road-building material when required. On medium-hard stone its average capacity is 250-375 tons per hour.
