The Smallest of the GNR Series, General 01 Mobile Crusher, Heads to Tunisia in North Africa

In the closing days of 2024 we sent off the General 01 Mobile Crushing Plant, which will operate in Tunisia in North Africa. The smallest model among our GNR Series mobile crushers, the GNR 01 can produce between 120 and 180 tonnes of crushed and screened material per hour.

It may be the smallest member of the series, but its workload is not light. Thanks to its GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher, the General 01 performs primary and secondary crushing in the same machine and accepts pieces of 700 mm. Since a single body does the job of two separate crushers, the initial investment stays lower as well.

This compact scale becomes a plus when it comes to exports.

Carried on one chassis, the line needs neither a concrete foundation nor a lengthy assembly process where it is delivered. In markets such as Tunisia, where medium tonnage is the target, the time between the plant reaching the site and the first product coming out is shortened.

A touch-screen control panel and a soft starter are part of the standard equipment, while remote monitoring over an internet connection can be added as an option.
