MGPJ 90 Export: Mobile Jaw Crushing and Screening Plant with a 90 Jaw Crusher

We keep building and shipping mobile and stationary crushing and screening plants for the global market. One of our most recent exports is the MGPJ 90 mobile crushing and screening plant. Built to European standard quality, it uses a reinforced mobile chassis that carries the primary jaw crusher, the vibrating feeder, the vibrating screen, the conveyor belts and the control panel together. The plant produces approximately 120-180 tonnes per hour.

The 90 jaw crusher at the heart of the line corresponds to the GNRK 90 in our GNRK jaw crusher range. That model has a 900×650 mm feed opening, a 70–180 mm discharge setting, 75/90 kW of motor power, a weight of 11,400 kg and a crusher capacity of 60–225 t/h.
The vibrating feeder in front of the crusher is the element that keeps the line balanced.
Run-of-quarry material never arrives evenly; the feeder calms this irregular flow and gives the crusher a steady load. On grizzly-type feeders, fines and soil-laden material are diverted to a bypass before they reach the crusher. As a result the crusher does no wasted work and the wear parts last longer.
This trio of feeder, jaw crusher and screen is the most common line layout in medium-sized quarries. Where the machine has to relocate itself on site, the tracked GM 90JP uses the same crusher as a self-propelled solution. Get in touch with us for details on this or any of our other crushing plants.
