Flagship of the GNR Series: GNR 03 Mobile Crusher on Its Way to Site

We have finished building the GNR 03, the most powerful member of our GNR mobile crusher family, and the plant has now been shipped. Right after a short assembly on site, the line will start crushing and screening stone.

Assembly is this short because the entire line travels on a chassis. The feeder, crusher, screen and conveyors were linked together and run while still at the factory, so the job on site is not building the plant from scratch but simply commissioning it.

A line that has passed factory testing shows its value on site straight away.

Because alignment, belt tension and electrical connections are completed in a controlled workshop, fewer problems surface on site and commissioning follows a schedule that can be predicted in advance.

For the investor the payoff is clear: the shorter the gap between the line reaching the site and the first product coming off it, the sooner the investment starts paying back. This is also where the real edge of mobile lines over stationary plants shows: foundation pouring, concrete curing time and alignment work drop off the site's to-do list entirely.
