GENERAL 03 Mobile Crushing Plant Delivery Completed

We have completed the manufacturing and shipment of the GNR 03 mobile crusher, the most powerful in our GNR mobile crushing plant range; after a short assembly period we will start crushing and screening stone.

The short assembly time comes from the line being carried on a chassis. Because the feeder, crusher, screen and conveyors are connected and tested at the factory, the work done on site is not a rebuild but commissioning.

Having been tested at the factory makes a difference.

When alignment, belt tension and electrical connections are completed in a controlled environment, the number of problems encountered on site falls; commissioning settles onto a predictable schedule.

That is a direct gain in investment terms: the shorter the time between the arrival of the line on site and first production, the earlier the return begins. This is also where the real advantage of mobile lines over stationary plants appears: foundation pouring, curing time and alignment work disappear from the site entirely.
