Fixed Crusher Plant Export – Somalia

We have begun the export of a 2025 model stationary crusher plant with a capacity of 120 - 180 tonnes per hour for our customer in Somalia. The principal equipment in this 90 series crusher plant is the GPJ Series Primary 90 Jaw Crusher and the DMK 01 Secondary Impact Crusher.

A jaw primary with an impact secondary is a common arrangement for material of medium hardness. The division of labour is clear: the jaw stage reduces coarse run-of-mine material by compression, while the impact stage shapes the grain and produces a cubical product.

Being a stationary plant is a deliberate choice for Somalia.

In operations where the quarry will stay at the same location for years, a line founded on a concrete base works more steadily; because vibration is damped better, wear part life is extended and maintenance cost stays below that of a mobile line.

On sites with long logistics this choice has a second consequence: since a stationary line calls for fewer part replacements, it depends less on the supply cycle between port and site. On the jaw crusher side, selection is made according to the largest piece in the quarry.
