Third Plant for the Same Customer: PDK 02 Stationary Line Heads for Export

The PDK 02 fixed crushing and screening line is now being shipped for export. On average it handles 200-300 tons of material per hour, and most of its output is 0-5 mm in size. This customer has now bought three plants from us, which says a lot about the relationship we have built.

Output concentrated at the fine end shows clearly which buyers the line serves. Manufactured sand and fine aggregate are the core raw material of concrete batching plants and asphalt plants.

It is the tertiary stage that pays most of the price for this.

The finer the product, the more times the material has to be broken and the more energy is spent. Yet in regions where natural river sand is scarce, manufactured sand is the only option, so the extra cost is accepted.

Grain shape is another side of the job. Angular manufactured sand makes concrete demand more water, so a crusher that delivers a cubical product is chosen for the tertiary stage.
