Stationary 300-400 t/h Crushing and Screening Plant Exported to Belgrade, Erection Under Way

The export process for the stone crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 300 – 400 tonnes per hour, which will serve in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, has been completed, and erection work has begun on site.

A capacity of 300-400 tonnes per hour sits close to the top of the stationary crushing plant class. A line of this size cannot be built around a single crusher; the primary, secondary and screening stages are each sized separately, and the conveyors linking these stages are selected for the same tonnage.

In export projects, erection is like a second project that begins after shipment.

As the parts are brought together again at the destination, the foundations, the chassis, the conveyor route and the electrical infrastructure are prepared in a set order. A hitch in that order holds up the next step, which is why the erection programme is prepared together with the shipping plan.

The edge a stationary line has over a mobile one emerges over time: a plant seated on foundations runs at higher capacity and its maintenance costs stay lower. In quarries whose reserves will last for many years, this gain makes up for the difference in initial investment.
