Fixed Stone Crushing and Screening Plant – BELGRADE

Export of the stone crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 300 – 400 tonnes / hour, which will operate in Belgrade, Serbia, has been completed and erection work has started.

The 300-400 tonne band is close to the upper limits on the stationary crushing plant side. At that scale the line is no longer built around a single crusher; the primary, secondary and screening stages are sized separately, and the conveyor runs between them are selected for that tonnage as well.

In an export project, erection is a second project that begins after shipment.

While the parts are reassembled at the destination, the foundations, the chassis, the conveyor routing and the electrical infrastructure are prepared in sequence. Breaking that sequence holds up the next stage, so the erection schedule is drawn up together with the shipping plan.

The advantage of a stationary line over a mobile one spreads over the years: a plant seated on foundations runs at a higher capacity and keeps maintenance costs lower. On sites with long-life reserves, that difference closes the gap in initial investment.
