Export of mobile crushers to the Caribbean

We have successfully completed the export of the mobile crusher plant we produced for use in the Caribbean region. Designed for the hardest stone, this plant is built on two portable systems.

A two-part arrangement is a practical necessity in island markets: port equipment and road conditions make a single heavy body difficult, so the two systems are transported separately and joined on site.

At the head of the line stands the feeder.

The vibrating grizzly feeder delivers run-of-mine material from the quarry to the crusher at a steady rate and, with its grizzly bypass, scalps fine, soil-laden material before it enters the crusher. The family's capacity is 75-600 t/h and the largest piece it accepts is 1500 mm.

In the model table the body dimensions determine the capacity: the GNR 60, 700 mm wide and 3000 mm long, delivers 75~100 t/h, while the GNR 140, 1400 mm wide and 5000 mm long, rises to 350~600 t/h and uses 2x9.2 kW motors.
