Our 110 Stationary Crushing Plant Is on Its Way to an Algerian Quarry

Final workshop tests are complete and our 110 stationary crushing plant has been dispatched to its site in Algeria. Depending on the material, the line crushes and screens an average of 250 to 300 tonnes of stone every hour.

When an operator opts for a stationary plant, the reason is usually how long the quarry will be worked. If the reserve will last for many years, there is no point in relocating the line. A structure anchored to concrete can then easily support heavier crusher bodies and wider screening decks.

For a plant going abroad, preparation runs in a different order.

Within Türkiye the erection crew can travel at the same time as the load. Across the border, customs clearance, the port and inland haulage each impose their own timetable. For that reason, loading before delivery is planned around the erection sequence on site: foundation fixings and the chassis go first, conveyors and liners are sent last.

Ongoing road and housing projects in Algeria keep demand for this capacity range alive. A 250-300 tonne line can supply aggregate to several construction sites at once from a single quarry.
