The stationary crusher plant whose manufacture we have completed has set off to be erected in Algeria. It can carry out stone crushing and screening at an average capacity of 250 - 300 tons per hour.

The decision to go stationary is a decision about the life of the quarry. On sites where the reserve spans many years the line does not need to move; in that case a structure seated on a foundation can carry both a heavier body and a larger screen area.

In export shipments the order of planning changes.

While domestically the erection team can move together with the equipment, in cross-border delivery customs, the port and inland transport create separate schedules. That is why the parts are loaded in assembly order: foundation fixings and the chassis first, conveyors and liners later.

The continuity of road and housing investment in Algeria makes this tonnage band common; 250-300 tons is a scale that can feed more than one site from a single quarry.
