GNR 01 Mobile Crushing Plant Has Started Production

As we enter the final quarter of 2024, we at General Makina continue our activities in the global market without slowing down. The General 01 Mobile Crusher Plant, which we had previously shipped successfully to Algeria, has started production.

What determines the time between shipment and production is the manner of installation. Because General 01 travels on a single chassis, no foundation is poured on site; since the feeder, crusher, screen and conveyors are connected and tested at the factory, the work on site comes down to commissioning.

The line works with a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher: 700 mm feed, 120-180 tph capacity, primary and secondary in a single body.

In a distant market the real issue is what happens after production starts.

On sites such as Algeria, where the service team is a flight away, being able to diagnose a fault over the phone shortens downtime; the optional remote monitoring over the internet added to the touch panel exists for exactly this.
