General 01 on Site in Algeria: Installation Complete, Mobile Plant in Production

As we move into the last quarter of 2024, we are keeping up the same pace in our work on the global market. The General 01 mobile crushing plant, which we had previously shipped to Algeria without a hitch, has gone into production after installation.

How quickly a plant starts producing once it reaches the site depends largely on how it is installed. Since General 01 is carried on a single chassis, there is no need to pour a concrete foundation on site. The feeder, crusher, screen and conveyors are connected and tested at the factory, so the work on site comes down to commissioning.

The line's crusher is a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher. It accepts a feed size of 700 mm, offers a capacity of 120-180 t/h and handles primary and secondary crushing in one body.

In distant markets, what really matters is the period after production begins.

On sites such as Algeria, which the service team can only reach by plane, being able to diagnose a fault over the phone shortens downtime considerably. The internet-based remote monitoring option that can be added to the touch panel is offered for exactly this need.
