Installation of the 110 stationary crusher plant has been completed in Algeria. With this crusher plant you can stockpile 4 product groups of different sizes.

Obtaining four product groups of different sizes is directly related to how many cut points the screening stage produces. Each screen deck creates one cut point; as the number of decks increases, so does the variety of products obtained from the same run-of-mine feed.

The stockpile layout is arranged accordingly.

Each fraction has to go to its own pile on its own conveyor; if the piles are positioned too close together, mixing starts at the edges and no fraction guarantee can be given on sale.

The first task after installation is completed is verifying the screen apertures: the targeted size distribution is only seen once work is done with the real material on site, and if necessary the screen choice is revised. When the aperture is not selected correctly, fines mix into the coarse fraction and the sales specification is not met.
