110 Stationary Crushing Plant Commissioned in Algeria: Four Separate Products

Erection work on the 110 stationary crushing plant at the site in Algeria has come to an end. The line was designed to stockpile 4 product groups of different sizes, each kept apart from the others.

What really decides how many products a plant can deliver is its screening section. Every deck on the screen splits the material at one boundary, so the more decks there are, the more size groups come out of the same quarry feed. The four products are simply the result of those cut points.

How the products wait on site is planned with the same logic.

Each size group must travel on its own conveyor to its own pile. If not enough distance is left between the piles, the products blend together at the edges, and it becomes impossible to promise a buyer a defined size range.

The first check made as soon as erection is finished is whether the screen apertures match the target. The planned size distribution only becomes clear once the plant starts running on the quarry's own material; if there is a deviation, the screen media are chosen again. With the wrong aperture, fine particles end up inside the coarse product and the specification the buyer asked for cannot be met.
