General 01 — Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant (GPS 1210 Impact)

The General 01 puts a GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher on one wheeled chassis and lets that single machine do both the primary and the secondary work. It runs 120-180 tph at a high reduction ratio and takes 700 mm feed, a cost-smart choice in the mid-to-upper band.

How the plant operates

• Feeding: vibrating feeder with a by-pass grizzly.
• Crusher: GPS 1210 (2-chamber, triple pendulum) — primary+secondary in one machine.
• Screening: 1600×5000 mm four-deck vibrating screen.
• Automation: return conveyor plus touchscreen control panel (soft-starter, frequency, remote monitoring).

Technical table

The screen openings and finished gradation are arranged to order for the material at hand.

Uses and materials

Quarries that feed concrete, asphalt and roadworks, plus recycling operations, are the natural users of the 01. Folding both crushing stages into one impactor keeps the footprint tight and the cost down against running two separate crushers.

Where 01 fits: between 800 and 944/950

The General 01 sits in the 120-180 tph band with its single-machine impact solution. For limestone/low-abrasive material the 800 (80-120 tph) may suffice; for hard-abrasive stone (basalt/granite) in the same band, the 944 with its jaw-and-cone pairing, or the 950 with jaw-and-impact, is the answer. The 01 stands out on mixed material thanks to impact economy.
