General 950 — Mobile Jaw + Impact Crushing & Screening Plant

The General 950 is a tyre-mounted crushing and screening plant that sets a GPJ 90 primary jaw ahead of a DMK01 secondary impact crusher, all on one chassis. It turns out 120-180 tph, takes 800 mm feed and is tuned for stubborn, abrasive rock — granite, basalt, quartz, chrome and iron ore. One truck moves it, and it is working within 30 minutes.

How material moves

Stone passes through the primary jaw, the impact secondary and closed-circuit screening:

• Hopper + feeder: a vibrating-feeder rock hopper carries material to the crusher.
• GPJ 90 primary jaw: reduces oversize rock up to 800 mm feed in the first stage.
• DMK01 secondary impact: the rotor secondary delivers high reduction and cubic product.
• 1600×5000 mm triple-deck screen: splits material into 0-5/5-12/12-19 mm fractions.
• Closed circuit: oversize is returned until the target size is reached.

950 or 944?

Size and weight are identical; the call is the secondary — the 944's cone for gritty, hard-abrasive duty, or the 950's impactor for cubic product at high reduction.
