General 01 and a Mobile Tertiary Crusher Working Together in Türkiye

A relocatable 120-180 t/h crushing line delivering finer, cubical aggregate was needed for various sites in Turkey.
Solution
General 01 mobile crushing plant (primary and secondary crushing on one platform) combined with a mobile tertiary crusher.
Result
The combination was installed in Turkey; the mobile tertiary crusher gives finer, more cubical aggregate.
Two mobile units work side by side on this line we commissioned in Türkiye: the General 01 mobile crushing plant and the mobile tertiary crusher added to it. Together they can crush and screen 120-180 tonnes of material per hour.
The General 01 takes care of the first two stages, with primary and secondary crushing carried out on the same platform. The mobile tertiary crusher that joins the line afterwards produces finer and more cubical aggregate in the end product. Because both units are built on mobile chassis, the line can be taken from one site to the next without difficulty and set up again in a short time. This flexibility makes it easier to adapt to the changing needs of different job sites in Türkiye.
