Challenge
A 120-180 t/h mobile plant was needed in Turkey for a quarry supplying aggregate to infrastructure, roads and concrete-asphalt plants.
Solution
Closed-circuit GNR 01 mobile crusher: 2-chamber GPS 1210 impact rotor crusher, 1600x5000 mm 4-deck vibrating screen and return conveyor.
Result
The plant was delivered after field tests and produces 0-5, 5-12, 12-19 and 19-40 mm cubic aggregate.

120-180 t/h with the GPS 1210 Impact Rotor Crusher
At the heart of the plant, which can produce 120-180 tonnes per hour, sits the GPS 1210 impact rotor crusher. The crusher works with a 2-chamber box: run-of-mine rock from the quarry leaves the first chamber at 0-50 mm, and the second chamber brings it down to 0-25 mm. The result is a high reduction ratio.
Four Separate Aggregates from a Four-Deck Screen
At the end of the line is a 4-deck vibrating screen measuring 1600x5000 mm. Working together with the closed-circuit return conveyor, it separates standard-compliant cubical material in 0-5, 5-12, 12-19 and 19-40 mm sizes. Easy to transport and quick to erect hydraulically, the GNR 01 keeps producing on site without interruption.
