General 800 — Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant (Primary Impact)

Everything on the General 800 rides on one chassis, a closed-circuit wheeled plant whose heart is the PDK 1280 primary impact crusher. Feeding 600 mm rock at 80-120 tph, it turns limestone and other low-abrasive stone into cubical aggregate at a strong reduction ratio. The machine carries CE and ISO 9001 marks, a 1-year warranty on non-wear parts and 10 years of paid service.

Process flow

• Feeding: vibrating-feeder hopper.
• Crusher: PDK 1280 primary impactor for high reduction and cubical output.
• Screening: 1300×4000 mm triple-deck vibrating screen.
• Mobility: folding hydraulic conveyors and hydraulic stabiliser legs on a single synchronised chassis.

Quarries, riverbeds and recycling yards all suit the 800, and it shines wherever roadbuilding and concrete need cubical stone won at a high reduction ratio. Because the primary is an impactor, limestone and softer, low-abrasive rock give a generous yield.

800 vs 944/950

The General 800 is primary-impact (limestone/low-abrasive, cubical). The 944 and 950 are configured for hard, abrasive stone with jaw+cone (944) or jaw+impact (950). Choose 944/950 for basalt or granite; choose the 800 for limestone and low-abrasive material.

Turnkey line option

From General Makina the crushing, screening and washing stages arrive on a turnkey basis, and a concrete batching plant belongs to the same contract. The 800 is readily built into that chain with further primary and secondary crushers and screens, so one workshop stands behind the whole installation.
