How the General 02 Mobile Crusher Plant Produces

The footage documents the moment the General 02 mobile crusher plant is producing at the quarry site. The plant is built on a single chassis; while the feed hopper, the primary impact crusher, the screen and the belts work on the same platform, the camera follows the line from beginning to end.

In the shot the path the material takes is seen step by step. The excavator tips run-of-mine into the hopper, the vibrating feeder transfers the material to the crusher at a steady rate, the product leaving the impact crusher rises to the screen decks on the discharge belt, and the fractions are poured from separate belts into separate cones. The closed circuit, in which the screen oversize is sent back to the crusher by the return belt, is also clearly followed.

The plant is fed from a single point and yields multiple products.

The value of this way of working on site shows itself in the short installation time and in transportability. When the quarry face advances, being able to pull the plant closer to the crushing point shortens the haulage distance and the loader cycle; and because the single-chassis arrangement requires no concrete foundation, it seriously reduces the time between arriving on site and starting production.
