The loading process of the crusher plant shipped to Russia was recorded step by step in this video; the stage from the preparation of the units in the factory yard to their lashing onto the trucks can be seen.

The camera tours the crusher body lifted by crane, the separately packed conveyor chassis, and the crated spare parts and electrical panels. The securing of each unit so that it is not damaged during transport, the tensioning straps at the connection points and the chocks are observed in close-up.

The shipment order determines the erection time.

In export plants the packing order must be the same as the assembly order on site; otherwise the wrong unit is unloaded first on arrival and erection waits. The numbered packing in the video shows that it was planned in advance which part would be opened and when at the quarry the line is going to.
