Hemos participado a WCI Forum - 2021

At WCI Forum we came together with our customers as General Makina, a manufacturer of stone crushing and screening plants and concrete batching plants. We thank our customers from different countries, above all from African countries, for their interest.

WCI Forum stands for World Cooperation Industries Forum. It is not a fair but a forum in a bilateral business-meeting format: it matches Turkish manufacturers and exporters with buyers, distributors and investors coming from African countries.

This format changes the nature of the conversation.

At a fair you talk to a visitor walking past the stand, whereas at the forum you sit across from a buyer who has come by appointment and knows what they are looking for. The meeting turns from a presentation into a discussion of technical specifications and delivery terms.

In the African market the question that stands out is usually service: as much as the installation of the line, how quickly a spare part will reach the site in the event of a breakdown becomes decisive.
