In the Gulf market, aggregate demand follows infrastructure projects. When road, housing and industrial investments run at the same time, what is expected from a crushing and screening line is not peak tonnage but uninterrupted output.

Working in the desert has its own rules.

Dust is the main factor shortening equipment life; the sealing of bearings and drive groups, along with the filter maintenance interval, comes to the fore on these sites. High ambient temperature in turn dictates oil selection and cooling capacity.

Since most projects in Saudi Arabia are specification-bound, the grain shape and cleanliness of the aggregate also become part of the conversation; which stages are required is determined from the quarry analysis.

Most of the conversations at our stand gathered around these two headings: the daily operating hours of the line and the lead time for wear parts. Together, the two determine real annual output on site.
